The 2013 Scottish Sea Kayak Symposium is being held this year between the 24th – 27th May with extended activities running between the 28th – 31st May.
The event provides a range of activities, lectures and paddling for experienced kayakers in the beautiful waters around Sleat on Skye. The central gathering will be at Aramdale pier (only a few minutes from the Skye White House).
Unfortunately the event is fully booked with accommodation provided at the Gaelic College in Sleat. The Skye White House has also been booked this year, but provides a cosy place to stay only a few minutes away for those providing slightly more private and comfortable accommodation. The Skye White House is available all year round and is ideal for kayakers who can launch in the Knock Bay by the ruinous castle immediately down from the house.
