Such a stunning location in the Autumn and the snow on the mountains on the mainland made the view even better.

“A wonderful week spent in Skye – the weather has been stunning and the Autumn colours inspiring!

Such a beautiful location for a cottage – we are going to struggle to persuade our 5 year old to leave tomorrow….

p.s. for any scallop lovers do try sconsel scallops – phone up and get them fresh – follow the utube clip on shucking!! Fab!!

The Skye White House is a cosy two bedroom self catering holiday cottage in Sleat, Isle of Skye, Scotland. Two wood burning stoves make this character cottage really cosy. Its coastal location provides spectacular views over rolling hills and the water of the Sound of Sleat to the peaks of the Highlands in the distance. Available on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Short stays may be available out of season
